Gijón brought together architecture and construction professionals this morning at the ‘Innovation in products and systems for construction’ event, organized by Infoedita at the Rey Pelayo Hotel.
With the participation of more than 70 professionals of the sector, the day had practical presentations, product samples, promotional material and the possibility of establishing professional contact with the attendees.
Innovation and energy efficiency, axes of the day
The Galician company Verea, manufacturer of tiles and efficient solutions with ceramic roof tile, presented its own installation system, the Verea System, during the day.
It is an integral constructive solution for roofs approved in Spain that allows to increase both the durability of the roof tiles and the roof performance, providing greater energy efficiency to buildings.
The analysis of the construction system, carried out by the commercial director of Verea, Manuel Verea Garea, also included information on applied technical tests and visualization of practical installation examples.
Verea, more than 50 years of experience
Located in Mesía (A Coruña), in an industrial complex of almost 300,000 square meters, distributed among 3 production lines with capacity to manufacture 50 million tiles per year, a milling plant prepared to process more than 200,000 tons per year and two storage yards. The company invoices 10 million euros and employs 50 workers.
